About Julie

Over time, I realized the work that resonated most deeply with me wasn’t about systems or corporate structures. It was about walking alongside people during moments of change - helping them to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters the most.

This clarity led me to pursue formal training through Duke Health to become a Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach.

Today, I bring compassion, curiosity, and deep listening to my coaching practice. I work with clients to create thoughtful and sustainable shifts that support lasting wellbeing. Small shifts, lasting change.  Again and again I’ve seen how powerful it can be when someone uncovers the insight or clarity that allows them to move forward with confidence.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: the wisdom to create meaningful change already exists within us. Sometimes we just need the space and support to rediscover it.

I’m the founder of WellWithinU, and my passion is helping people reconnect with themselves and move toward healthier, and more intentional lives.

Before becoming certified in health and wellbeing coaching, I spent more than 15 years in senior marketing and human resources roles in the healthcare industry. My focus was always on people, and on building environments where individuals felt valued, supported, and able to grow. While that work earned national recognition, what mattered most to me was seeing individuals feel seen, heard and empowered.

A cancer diagnosis in my mid-30s profoundly shaped my perspective. It deepened my belief that health is our greatest asset, and reinforced the importance of being proactive rather than reactive. Caring for the whole person is essential so that life may be lived fully and with intention.
